Introducing a new online Parks & Recreation reservation system

Ramsey County Parks & Recreation has launched a new online reservation system that will improve how residents and customers make park shelter and pavilion reservations, view arena schedules and register for programs.

The new system, designed by CivicRec, is more user-friendly, easier to navigate and has more tools to manage facility reservations and program registrations.

With a convenient customer portal, customers will be able to view notifications, inbox messages and calendars upon logging in, then easily browse and register for programs and rent facilities. Customers will also have the ability to print receipts, view account statements, pay balances, update contact preferences and add new family members right from the primary interface.

How to set up an account

Starting October 6, you can view the catalog of offerings and sign up for an account to make your next booking easy.

Current/upcoming reservations or registrations

Parks & Recreation has emailed customers with current or upcoming facility reservations or program registrations with instructions on how to activate their transferred user accounts. Call 651-266-0300 if you have any questions or need assistance.

All other customers

  1. Visit the online catalog at ramseycounty.us/Parks&RecCatalog
  2. Click the Log In/Create Account button on the top left of the page, then click Create your RCPR Account.
  3. Follow the prompts to create a new account. If you have others for whom you frequently make reservations for, such as a child or dependent, you can set them up as account members at this time or add them later.

Once you’ve set up your new account, you should be able to log in and make new reservations or registrations. If you have any questions during this process, simply use the Help button on the top right corner of the screen, or call 651-266-0300.

More facility reservations and program registrations will continue to be added to the online system in the next few months.
