Landscape fabric or cloth is not accepted at the Ramsey County yard waste sites. 

If there are no plants growing up through the cloth, it may be placed in the trash. Otherwise, call the disposal companies listed below. Call to verify items accepted, hours and fees. Tell them that the cloth is intermixed with yard waste.
