If your shingles contain asbestos, see asbestos.

You may place small amounts of shingles without asbestos in the trash. For large amounts, contact your trash hauler or bring them to one of the disposal companies listed below. Call to verify items accepted, hours and fees.

Shingles that are brand new and clean are accepted seasonally (April through October) at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
