Beks Syler receives Employee Achievement Award
Beks Syler received an Employee Achievement Award for excellent job performance. As a member of the county’s Diversity, Inclusion and Organizational Development team, Syler led the planning process for the Spirit of Service employee recognition event in 2024.
The Ramsey County Achievement Award Selection Committee noted that Syler demonstrated leadership, ambition and thoughtfulness in expanding the Spirit of Service event from one day to five days and led a committee to ensure it was successful: "Syler consistently goes above and beyond the scope of her work and excels in all aspects. She is great at engaging an audience, fostering learning and seeking feedback."
