How to apply

1. Go to the list of current positions available in our jobs portal.
2. Click on the job title from the list.
3. Select ‘apply’.
4. First time users set up a user name and password and complete a profile. Be sure to save this login information for future access.

• Ramsey County sends all notices during the screening and examination process via email only.
• All applications must be received by the posted closing date and time.
• Positions with a continuous posting close date can close without notice.
• Applicants must follow the specific instructions for each job posting. This may include uploading your application materials and entering data into the jobs portal. Incomplete applications may be rejected.
• Include relevant education and experience.
• The most recent application will be used if an applicant has applied multiple times for the same position.
• A criminal background check is conducted after a conditional offer is made and accepted.
• You can check your application status by logging into our jobs portal.

• A self-service computer is available to complete an application in the Human Resources office, located in Metro Square.
