- Ongoing feedback from website visitors.
We endeavor to provide all content as native content on webpages in a way that can be read correctly by assistive devices (e.g. screen readers) as well as online translation tools (e.g. Google Translate). We prioritize the most critical content for dedicated, professional translation and conversion from formats such as PDFs. When creation and posting of new PDFs is necessary, we aim to provide PDFs in a format that is accessible, and/or we will post both PDFs and content directly on the pages.
Links on ramseycounty.us lead to many external applications (e.g. Tax and Value Lookup, Legistar, Open Data Portal, etc.). The standards that apply to these applications may be separate from ramseycounty.us. We appreciate your feedback to help us continue to provide a seamless user experience.
We are committed to providing written content using plain language.
