Career Pathways Program

Contact us

The Pathways program trains people in fields that are in demand - such as clerical services, human services, public works and building operations - through collaboration with community partners. The program provides training, work experience and support. This can lead to a job at Ramsey County or other employers.

Participants are typically people experiencing barriers to getting better jobs. Barriers can include lack of a college degree, criminal history or skills that do not match the job market.
