Did you know? One in eight Minnesota residents struggle with a mental health diagnosis each year. All county residents are invited to learn more about the importance of mental health, have open conversations and reach out for support this Mental Health Awareness Month. There are many ways to learn, get involved and participate through Ramsey County events and opportunities.

- Self-Care Sunday - Yoga in the Park | Sunday, May 18, Battle Creek Park
- Wellness in the Park: A Mental Health Awareness Month Community Celebration | Saturday, May 31, Phalen Recreation Center (free food truck meal tickets for the first 100 RSVPs)

Ramsey County’s new mental health outreach vehicle is ready to roll into the community, but needs a name. Submit your great idea by Sunday, May 25. The winner receives a $100 gift card.
