Service Delivery Dashboard now available online
Ramsey County's Service Delivery Dashboard, an ongoing, web-based review of Service Center operations, is now available to the public. The dashboard combines information on Service Center appointments, service requests, call center data and other measures, to identify possible barriers or gaps in the county’s offerings. Going forward, staff will continue to monitor and update the dashboard, to better inform decisions related to staffing and resource allocation.
