Graduates of CEO Now Program Celebrated at The Bridge Event Space in St. Paul

The Bridge Event Space was abuzz with excitement on Dec. 3, as community leaders, families and friends gathered to honor the latest cohort of graduates from Ramsey County's CEO Now program. The event celebrated individuals who completed this rigorous leadership and entrepreneurial development program, designed to empower emerging leaders to make a lasting impact in their industries and communities.

CEO Now equips participants with the skills, strategies and connections to advance their careers and drive meaningful change. Over several months, the cohort engaged in immersive workshops, mentorship sessions and hands-on projects that challenged them to innovate, collaborate and lead with purpose.

"The graduates of this program are a testament to resilience, ambition and the power of community," said Fabio Tenorio, program manager of CEO Now. "Each participant has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to personal and professional growth, and we are excited to see the ripple effect they will create in their respective fields."

The ceremony featured Commissioner Victoria Reinhardt, who highlighted the importance of leadership in shaping the future of Ramsey County’s business ecosystem. Graduates also shared inspiring stories, reflecting on their journeys of transformation and the connections they built through the program.

CEO Now is a premier leadership and entrepreneurial training program sponsored by Ramsey and Hennepin counties. Through a comprehensive curriculum, expert mentorship and a vibrant network, the program empowers participants to thrive in their professional endeavors and contribute meaningfully to society.
