CEO Now is a no-cost, group-learning opportunity designed to support emerging small business owners as they grow. This hands-on program supports business owners with strategic and technical foundations to run their businesses more efficiently and strategically. The program is a regional collaboration between Ramsey and Hennepin County, with business training delivered by Interise.
Program eligibility
This program serves CEO's of small, established businesses who meet the criteria of the following:
- At least one employee other than the owner.
- Two years of business operating history.
- Revenue between $250,000 and $2 million.
- Demonstrated desire to grow their business, be receptive to coaching and mentorship, and be willing to collaborate with their peers.
- Can commit up to 10 hours per month for seven months.
Curriculum overview
- 7-month program, two cohorts starting in May 2024.
- Up to 100 hours of training, learning, and working on your business.
- 40 hours of in-class training.
- 12 hours working with 15-20 peer business owners.

How to apply
CEO Now cohorts will begin in May 2024. Applications are open between March 14 and April 25. The priority application deadline is April 4.
