Dislocated Worker Program
The Dislocated Worker Program is available to individuals who have lost their job through no fault of their own, including impacts due to the COVID-19 pandemic. An employment counselor will help with job search services, career counseling and training opportunities so career seekers can step back into the workforce with confidence.

Adult Program
The Adult Program works closely with other CareerForce Center programs such as the Dislocated Worker and State Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Minnesota Family Investment Program and other community-based services to provide employment and training services for unemployed Ramsey County adult residents. This program aims to help adults improve their employment competitiveness, secure higher wage positions, and retain employment. Career counseling and training is provided to build individuals professional and occupational skills resulting in reduced welfare dependency and improved workforce quality, productivity and competitiveness of the Ramsey County economy.
