Eligibility-based Job Seeker Programs

Extra support and assistance programs are also available for residents that meet eligibility guidelines.

• Dislocated Worker Program
  Available to individuals who have lost their jobs through no fault of their own.
• Young Adult Program
  Provides employment and training opportunities to low-income and/or at-risk young adults. 
• ​WIOA Adult Program
  Employment and training services to eligible adults 18 and over who are looking to gain skills and employment in healthcare, manufacturing, construction, administration and IT.
• Minnesota Family Investment Program
  Everyone who receives cash assistance through the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) works with an employment counselors to support their career and family goals. 
• Diversionary Work Program
  Four-month program for Minnesota low-income families
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training
  SNAP recipients have the opportunity to work with an employment guidance counselor to support their job search and to access to many other employment and training services.
