  • Diversionary Work Program
    Four-month program for Minnesota low-income families.
  • Dislocated Worker Program
    Available to individuals who have lost their jobs through no fault of their own.
  • Driver's License Academy
    An American Rescue Plan Act funded workforce initiative in partnership with the city of Saint Paul to help young workers aged 18-24 obtain their driver’s license as a needed work credential.
  • Early Childhood Academy
    An American Rescue Plan Act funded workforce program offering a variety of new and expanded services to increase the number of quality child care programs in Ramsey County.  
  • Minnesota Family Investment Program
    Everyone who receives cash assistance through the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) works with an employment counselors to support their career and family goals. 
  • ROADS Program
    An employment and training program for fathers offered by Ramsey County Workforce Solutions in partnership with Child Support Services in the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office.
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training
    SNAP recipients have the opportunity to work with an employment guidance counselor to support their job search and to access to many other employment and training services.
  • Trade Up
    The International Union of Painters & Allied Trades District Council 82 is hiring Ramsey County residents for trade show positions, no experience necessary.
  • WIOA Adult Program
    Employment and training services to eligible adults 18 and over who are looking to gain skills and employment in healthcare, manufacturing, construction, administration and IT.
  • Young Adult Program
    Provides employment and training opportunities to low-income and/or at-risk young adults.
