Where to start?

A number of programs exist to help homeowners in Ramsey County with property tax payments. Ramsey County staff are available to help you navigate these programs. They can explain eligibility and deadlines, provide the right forms, and connect you with the state and other agencies that administer most refunds, credits and deferrals.
