The Examiner of Titles does not review and approve POAs. The only time you need us is when the POA is part of a conveyance package that would normally require Examiner approval, for example a conveyance by a religious corporation, trustee, or other fiduciary.
If you have an ordinary POA, go ahead and submit your documents for recording, and senior level recording staff will review them to ensure they meet all statutory requirements.
