The surface layer on Rice Street between County Road B2 and Owasso Boulevard N in Little Canada and Roseville has been removed and replaced with new, smooth pavement.
Land surveying crews will be working in the project area before, during and immediately after construction.
There will be no cost to property owners for this project.

Timeline
Paving is complete. Ground-in, high-durability stripes are complete. Turf establishment is ongoing.
Work is complete on the pedestrian ramps, manholes and storm sewer system.
Final site cleanup will last through summer.
