County Road D Reconstruction

County Road D between Greenbrier Street and County Road D Circle will be reconstructed in 2025. Pedestrian and drainage improvements will be added to County Road D throughout the reconstructed area.
The project will include installing a trail along County Road D, reconstructing the aging pavement and installing storm water improvements.
There will be no cost to property owners from the County portion of the project, each City may still assess for their construction costs.

Goals
- Improve pedestrian and bicycle mobility and access by adding trail.
- Improve traffic safety by reconstructing and reconfiguring the street.
- Improve existing drainage by installing storm water improvements.

Traffic Impacts
- County Road D from Greenbrier Avenue to Labore Road is open to local traffic, follow appropriate detours and signs.
- County Road D from Labore Road to County Road D Circle is paved and open to local two-way traffic.
- Labore Road is open for north – south traffic.
- Expect delays and local detours.
- Contact your local school district for school route changes.
