The Youth Works! Practitioner Table is a space for Ramsey County youth-serving organizations to share awareness of resource gaps in workforce training programs, as identified by the young people they serve, and strategize ways to address these and other systemic barriers to youth employment.
Ramsey County Workforce Solutions co-facilitates this countywide meeting, in partnership with Suburban Ramsey Family Collaborative and The Sundance Family Foundation, to increase access and awareness of opportunities for youth to earn, learn and lead in their communities.
By working together, we hope to open doors of opportunity for all Ramsey County youth – focusing especially on those who have been most marginalized and least supported.
