Justice-impacted Resources
Find resources and information below for help with an arrest, citation, drug/alcohol use or mental health concerns for adults and juveniles.
Get help with mental health concerns and use of drugs or alcohol:
- The Mental Health & Crisis page provides information about county-provided mental health and chemical health services.
- FastTrackerMN.org provides general information and real-time availability of mental and chemical services in the metro area.
If you have had contact with law enforcement:
- Contact the Second Judicial District for the time and location of a court appearance, information related to charges, who your charging agency is, how to get an interpreter, or for any other court-related questions.
- For felonies in Ramsey County, contact the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office.
- For non-felonies in Saint Paul, contact the Saint Paul City Attorney’s Office.
Find an attorney:
An attorney will be assigned to anyone that has been arrested and/or charged. However, if you’d like to speak to someone prior to a scheduled court date and do not yet have an attorney, you can reach out to either agency below.
