Deposit Money

You may either deposit money for residents in person or online. Ramsey County is not responsible for money deposited using the kiosk or online.

In person

Front lobby kiosk at the Ramsey County Correctional Facility:

• Accepts cash and credit/debit cards.
• Available whenever the front lobby is open, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
• There is no fee for cash deposits made at the kiosk.
• Funds are available to the inmate almost immediately.

Online

Deposit funds directly into a resident's account or purchase email and texting services via Inmate Canteen.

Refunds are only available by emailing the company at [email protected].
