Guardianship & Conservatorship Professional Service Solicitation

We seek people to act as public guardians for adults deemed by the Minnesota Probate Court to require a substitute decision-maker. Those selected must value the dignity, culture and worth of the people they serve.

Individuals and agencies may apply. We encourage contractors with small business certification (VOSB, SDVOSB, SDB, LGBTBE, WBE, MBE), new contractors, and those with expertise in serving diverse and underserved communities to apply.

Ramsey County Social Services is the largest county department responsible for working with individuals, families and communities to enhance their quality of life. Guardian and conservator services are provided through the Aging and Disability Services unit within the Social Services Department.

This request for proposals (RFP) includes two related services. You can submit a proposal for one or both services.

1. Legal services related to county-funded guardianship and conservatorship.
2. Guardianship and conservatorship case management services.
