Below is a list of the current fees charged by the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office for Civil Process Services.

Note that this is not a complete list of all fees that may be charged by the Sheriff's Office.

General service flat fee items Fee

Civil Process Service flat fee (no refunds)
For service of Summons, Subpoenas, Orders, Judicial Notices, Notice of Sale or any miscellaneous legal documents 

 $110 per service

Writ of Recovery/Eviction flat fee (no refunds)
For service or posting Writ of Recovery and 24-Hour Notice. Fee also covers (if needed) two deputies for a scheduled eviction time up to 30 minutes.
