How we can help you
The C&TC program can help you:
Find a primary care doctor and dentist for you and your children.
Schedule appointments for checkups.
Learn more about your child’s development.
Schedule health rides and interpreters through your insurance plans.
C&TC staff are nurses and health educators. We are often asked to table at community sites or present on a health-related topic for children and families.
