On January 1, 2020, at approximately 2:05 am, Carl Dobbs was found in the area of 981 University Avenue West, inside a vehicle, with three visible gunshot wounds -- two to his back and one to his neck.
Medics responded to provide aid to the victim and Dobbs was pronounced dead at 2:14 am.
Suspect
Trayvon Anderson, age 30.
Anderson has prior convictions for assault in the second degree and drive-by shooting.
Anderson is in custody on second degree murder charges.
