Micheal Parrish was found by officers two miles away from where shots were fired in the 1400 block of Minnehaha Avenue East, Saint Paul.
Two 9-1-1 callers reported hearing a dozen shots fired by the Holiday gas station. Multiple victims left the scene in a van according to witnesses.
