Date of homicide: November 5, 2020
On November 5, 2020 at approximately 10:22 pm, police found Donte Combs suffering from a gunshot wound in the 400 block of Thomas Avenue, Saint Paul. Donte was taken to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Witnesses stated that Donte was attempting to sell narcotics to Justyn Hosley and a juvenile male. During the transaction the juvenile male allegedly shot Donte and then fled with the narcotics.
Suspect
Justyn Hosley, age 24.
Hosley is in custody on 2nd degree murder charges.
Suspect
The second suspect in this homicide is a juvenile.
