Kenneth Hayes was shot and killed in the 1600 block of Jackson Street, Saint Paul around 11:15 pm on May 15, 2020. He was found lying outside a multi-family home and suffering from a gunshot wound.

Kenneth was a member of the Carpenters Local Union.  He is described as a humble and gentle soul, a loving father, with a royal stature and beautiful smile.
